SPANISH FORT IN THE LOW $200'S
In a continuing effort to provide the best communities in the best areas, we proudly announce the addition of Tanager in Spanish Fort. This wooded development is surrounded by nature while conveniently located close to the interstate and central to shopping, golf and the beach. This one of a kind development is located on Jimmy Faulkner Drive, formerly HWY 181, between the new Spanish Fort High School and the newly constructed Spanish Fort Middle School. It is in the Rockwell Elementary school district and is in the city limits of popular Spanish Fort.
Tanager is a smaller Estate community with large lots nestled in a woodland setting. Sibley Creek a free flowing waterway runs along the communities common area and along the back of some of the premium lots. Don't wait to find your perfect home site.

MOBILE NO. 1
According to Moody's Economy at www.economy.com, Mobile County will have the fastest growing economy over the next five years among all 363 American metropolitan areas, growing 34.31 percent from 2007 through 2012.
The $3.7 billion ThyssenKrupp AG steel mill, Austal USA's continued growth in shipbuilding, and the possible Northrop Grumman/EADS airplane assembly plants are credited for this projected growth. Forbes also mentions the city's port and highway access as positives.
According to the survey, Huntsville, Auburn-Opelika and Gulfport-Biloxi, are nearby metropolitan areas that could be among the nation's hottest growth areas.
"Being at the top of this list is the best third-party endorsement we could ever receive. This proves that our economy is on a roll and continues to be recognized by investors throughout the world." said Bill Sisson, the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce's vice president for economic development.
